I don't know if you already purchased the Definitive Guide to Greening Your Office or not, but either way, we're here to help.

I'm excited every time a new office goes green...it helps us all.

But if you've got trouble opening the book, have questions about printing the book, or are considering exercising your guarantee, here's where you can get help.

First, some answers to common questions.

1) How long is the guarantee?

Answer: You've got 60 days to read, review and put the book into action. And even after all that time, if the book didn't have that one tip you needed, or if you just don't like the font it's printed in...whatever the case...you can ask for, and receive a full, quick and courteous refund. Just ask. (see below)

2) How is the book delivered?

Answer: Right after you order the book, you'll be taken to a secure download page. Click the link, and the book is yours. It will download immediately to your computer. The book is a PDF file. That means you can open it in Adobe Reader (formerly called Adobe Acrobat). Reader is available for free, and runs on Windows, Mac and Linux computers...and lots of others.

3) Can I get a printed copy of the book?

Answer: In keeping with the "green" spirit this book was written in, we don't offer a printed copy. We'd rather not use the paper to print it, or the energy to ship it. However, if you really need a portable version of the book, go ahead and print it. Just please print on both sides of each page to help conserve paper.

4) What's in the book?

Answer: Lots of very good, USABLE and practical advice on greening your office. In other words, you won't just find out that coffee is bad for the environment, we'll show you how to keep drinking coffee with a clear conscience. C'mon, life would be no fun at all if we had to get rid of the things we love. So this book is not about saving the earth by suffering. It's about saving the earth, and enjoying yourself too. (Oh, and saving money!)

5) I've got a question I don't see answered here. How do I get it answered?

Answer: There are two really easy ways. One is to use our help desk. That's really the best way, because we can track all support requests there and make sure we handle them all. You'll find the help desk here: http://www.MarksHelpDesk.com
